Boned, rolled saddle, oven ready to roast. The Lamb Loin is taken from just behind the rib on the animal, before trimming and rolling by hand the meat into a roasting joint with layers of ample fat, then tying. Loin is known to be the most tender and succulent part of the lamb and is a real chef’s cut. This lamb saddle is large enough to be perfect for roasting. Perfect for a delicious Sunday roast with all the trimmings and a mint sauce. Either 2.5kg or 5kg.  Can be frozen and packed separately to suit your needs.
